Terms & Conditions

Columns on Approval or Demo is subject to approval of Technical / Commercial Team of CW.

Column supplied by CW on Demo / Approval basis will be for a period of max. 15 days or such period as CW may Authorise in writing to customer.

If column performance found Satisfactory / as desired for required analysis, it will be regularised by placing formal PO as per the quotation.

While returning the column customer will perform column performance test as proof that column is performing OK while returning.

If Column is not returned within 15 days, it will be treated as Sales and the customer is bound to make payment as per the quotation for respective part no.

Ownership of Column on Demo / Approval basis will always remain with Chromatography World, till it is regularised into formal PO as per Quoted Price, followed by Payment as per PO.
